At Dulsa, our mission has always been to serve you with honesty, transparency, and care. Today, we need to share an important update.
Recently, we discovered that our subscription app was not functioning properly. Unfortunately, this issue caused some customers to continue receiving pouches of Dulsa even after they believed their subscriptions had been canceled. We were unaware of the glitch at the time, but as soon as we identified the problem, we immediately suspended the subscription model until we implement a new and reliable system.
We deeply apologize to anyone who may have been affected. Your trust means everything to us, and we want to make this right. If you received product after canceling your subscription, please reach out so we can issue you a full refund right away.
