Refund & Return Policy
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on any opened items.
Unopened items may be returned for a refund if they meet the following criteria:

The product is in its original, unopened, and brand-new condition

The return is initiated within 14 days of delivery

Proof of purchase is provided
Important Notes:

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns to cover processing, inspection, and repackaging.Â

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund.

We do not offer refunds on shipping fees from the original order.

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Subscription Cancellation Policy
If you are enrolled in a Dulsa Life product subscription, you may cancel at any time. However, to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle:

Cancellations must be made at least 3 business days prior to your next scheduled billing date

Late cancellation requests (less than 3 business days before billing) may result in your next order being processed and shipped. In such cases, our standard return policy will apply.
