Thank you for your support of Dulsa Life and our mission to deliver premium, plant-based wellness through our functional botanical complexes and sweeteners. Please read our return, refund and cancellation policies carefully before making a purchase.

Refund & Return Policy

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on any opened items.

Unopened items may be returned for a refund if they meet the following criteria:

• The product is in its original, unopened, and brand-new condition

• The return is initiated within 14 days of delivery

• Proof of purchase is provided

Important Notes:

• A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns to cover processing, inspection, and repackaging. 

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund.

• We do not offer refunds on shipping fees from the original order.

• Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

To begin a return, please contact us at info@dulsalife.com with your order number and reason for return.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

If you are enrolled in a Dulsa Life product subscription, you may cancel at any time. However, to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle:

• Cancellations must be made at least 3 business days prior to your next scheduled billing date

To cancel your subscription:

Alternatively, you can email support@dulsalife.com for assistance. Please include your full name and order number for faster processing.

Late cancellation requests (less than 3 business days before billing) may result in your next order being processed and shipped. In such cases, our standard return policy will apply.
